For pre-sale orders:

Please refer to the pre-sale products page tips, pre-sale products will be shipped uniformly on a specific date, if you have any questions, or you want to cancel the pre-sale order, please contact our after-sales service team, contact:support@visionray.com

For regular orders:

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, are usually processed the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.If you order after 12pm on a Friday, delivery will be made the following Thursday.

Please expect delays around bank holidays and public holidays.

Delivery status
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

To check the delivery status of your order, log in to the My Account section of our website and click on the tracking link provided.

Or You can find the Track order page in our support section, where you can check your tracking number.
