The Site is operated by LODAO (HK) TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("VisionRay", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our Site, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund, Return & Warranty Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase products from us.

You may request to cancel your order before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery according to our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy.
8. Shipping
Shipping times, shipping fees, available regions, tracking information, damaged packages, missing items, delayed shipments, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for shipment or cancelling the order for a refund before shipment.
9. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, And Warranty
Returns, refunds, exchanges, product defects, shipping damage, missing items, and warranty service are governed by our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy.

VisionRay Flow Series products include a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the warranty terms and exclusions stated in our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy.
10. Product Use And Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for using VisionRay products safely, lawfully, and in accordance with all product instructions, warnings, manuals, and applicable laws.
You should not use smart eyewear or connected devices in a way that distracts you from driving, cycling, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring attention and safety awareness.
You are responsible for maintaining your device, charging equipment, account credentials, app settings, and personal data.
VisionRay is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or third-party claims caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper handling, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, or use in violation of applicable laws.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, icons, images, videos, designs, software, page layout, and other materials, is owned by VisionRay, its affiliates, licensors, or content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.
The VisionRay name, logos, product names, and related marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
12. User Content, Reviews, And Feedback
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other content to us or through the Site, you grant VisionRay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from that content for business, marketing, service improvement, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisionRay's total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at support@visionray.com so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be handled by the courts or dispute resolution forum with competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund, Return & Warranty Policy, and any additional terms posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and VisionRay regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products from us.
